The Problem – When fungal spores park themsleves in your driveway they are not easily driven away.
Moss and algae are amazingly efficient at manoeuvring into the finest gaps in tarmac, paving blocks or flagstones. Even imprinted concrete driveways are not immune to invasion. Ultimately this will lead to degradation of the surface (expensive), unsightly staining and moss growth (unpleasant) and the formation of surface algae that create a slippery surface when wet (dangerous). These problems will increase over time. One way to ‘eradicate’ the problem is with the use of a high pressure power washer, but this can damage the surface and also drive the spores further underground, from whence they will return to create more damage. Professional equipment is expensive to hire and labour intensive too. Commercial weed killers also offer a short term solution but are not particularly good to the environment and have no long term efficacy. |

The Solution
RBT acts as an immunisation programme for any contaminated surface. Not only does it destroy algae, moss and fungal spores, but it leaves a residual layer that is impossible for the spores to re-inhabit. The fact that it is totally safe to the environment, animals and humans makes it the ultimate green solution. Application is simplicity itself. Once RBT 24/7 is diluted at a ratio of 10 parts water to 1 part RBT, it can simply be sprayed onto the paving or tarmac and left. It will neutralise all spore growth immediately and 24 hours later the problematic moss and algae can be washed away with a normal hose spray. A secondary application of RBT shortly afterwards leaves a residual protective barrier that continues to work at a microbial level to ensure that the moss and algae cannot repopulate the area. |
The Result
When it comes to results, RBT constantly takes first place. The ease and efficiency of application means that no expensive or damaging equipment is needed, not even rubber gloves, it is totally safe. Annual application will ensure that any tarmac surface, block paving driveway or concrete path will be safe to use and continually protected against the effects of biological degradation for years to come |
